I am a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Cal State Fullerton, starting in the Fall 2026 semester.
I earned a Computer Science PhD at the University of Southern California Viterbi School of Engineering, advised by Phebe Vayanos as part of the USC Center for Artificial Intelligence in Society (CAIS) and a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow. During my PhD, I also earned the 2022 USC Computer Science Best Research Assistant Award. I obtained a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics with a humanities concentration in American Studies from Harvey Mudd College in 2019, graduating with high distinction and departmental honors in mathematics. I am also a former backend software engineer at Aspiration Partners, Inc.
